Lawyer (result among the top 10 classified, in the 2008 exam session, for the qualification to the legal profession): from October 2006 to date he collaborates with the Pessi e Associati law firm (specialized in labor law).
Professional collaboration in the field of Labor Law and Trade Union Law, consisting in the drafting of judicial documents and opinions, in the provision of out-of-court consultancy and in the participation in hearings throughout the Italian territory on behalf of companies of primary national importance. The collaboration also takes the form of direct customer assistance also at the level of consultancy and solution of management problems (the studio assists companies operating in different production sectors), through telephone sessions and / or meetings at the studio, or at the headquarters of the society. Among the sectors dealt with directly, the postal sector is mentioned.
He worked at the Human Resources Department (Industrial Relations) Wind Telecomunicazioni s.p.a. He has dealt with trade union relations under the ordinary regime (labor regulations, union negotiations, application of collective agreements….) And under the extraordinary regime (sale of company branches, implementation of mobility procedures….).
He worked in the Human Resources Department (Labor Litigation) Auchan s.p.a.
He has dealt with the management of labor disputes and the application of labor regulations, the adoption of disciplinary measures, the examination and study of judicial appeals, the preparation of judicial documents, the management of the computer program relating to pending cases.
In September 2005 he obtained the Diploma of the European Master in Labor Sciences (MESL ed. 2004/2005) at the University of Milan (Department of Labor and Welfare Studies) – Director: Prof. Pietro Ichino (master of second level) –
Specialized multidisciplinary training, which integrates elements of law, economics, political science and sociology in a European and comparative dimension. Theoretical-practical orientation, which combines traditional teaching methodologies and forms of active teaching.
