A lawyer authorized to practice before the Higher Courts, he is a Founding Partner of the Firm.

Being born in Los Angeles, he has dual Italian / US nationality.

He has carried out and continues to carry out his professional activity dealing directly with both consultancy and social security and labor disputes.

He assists organizations and primary companies operating in various production sectors and has extensive experience, in particular in the field of aeronautical, journalistic, radio and television, sports, entertainment and tertiary sectors, also dealing with trade union procedures and disputes, assisting companies in the stipulation company union agreements and the renewal of national collective agreements.

In addition to carrying out almost daily forensic activities, he participated in company acquisition and company transfer procedures pursuant to art. 47 l. 428/90, as well as CIGS and mobility procedures pursuant to law 223/91, in the Trade Union and before the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Labor, the Lazio Region or the DTL, as well as meetings at the Guarantee Commission for the implementation of the law on strikes in essential public services to resolve collective conflicts. He has assisted companies in Extraordinary Administration in the related organizational reorganization. He participated in the drafting of legislative proposals.

He is Adjunct Professor in the field of Labor Law at the Faculty of Law of LUISS – Guido Carli.

He is a member of the Scientific Committee as part of the “Labor Law Project” established at the Council of the Rome Bar.

He was a member of the Works Commission for the renewal of the National Collective Labor Agreement of the companies belonging to the Private Radio Television Federation (FRT).

He was assistant to Prof. Pessi in his position as President of the National College of Conciliation and Arbitration for Insurance Agents (ANIA).

He held the position of head of the Sports and Labor Law and Litigation of the S.S. Lazio S.p.A.

He is the author of scientific publications on labor law and participates, as a speaker, in seminars and conferences on trade union and labor matters organized by the Council of the Rome Bar, as well as by other subjects and forensic associations, for the professional updating and the achievement of training credits for lawyers.

He has a good knowledge of the English language.
