Born in Rome on December 22, 1970, after graduating from classical high school, she graduated in Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” with a thesis on social security entitled “Problems regarding the automaticity of social security benefits” .

Subsequently, during the period of apprenticeship, she attended, at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, the three-year specialization course in Labor and Social Security Law, obtaining the relative Diploma by discussing a thesis in Labor Law and Social Security: “Current problems in terms of complementary pensions: from the function of complementary pensions to the freedom of membership, redemption and transfer of individual positions”.

During that period, she also carried out university activities, collaborating at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” with the Chair of Labor Law and Social Security of Prof. Matteo Dell’Olio as well as with the Legal Review “Giurisprudenza del I work in Lazio “.

From 2000 to 2007 she worked as Head of the Legal Department at a generalist employment agency, of medium / large size with Italian capital, gaining significant experience, in particular, in the Human Resources sector where she worked as support for the Head of the Personnel and General Management activities for the correct management of employment relationships, both internal staff and temporary / temporary staff, trade union relations, redundancies as well as the labor law dispute.

In October 2003 she obtained the title of lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Rome.

Since 2008 she has been working at the Pessi e Associati Law Firm where you carry out business consultancy activities, exercising judicial activities, for the management of problems relating to human resources in favor of large companies that are clients of the firm.
