Graduated in Law at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome, in 2004 she obtained the Specialization Diploma in “Law and Economics of the European Communities” at the Faculty of Economics of the same University, in 2005 the II level Master in “Labor law, trade union law, social security law” at the “Tor Vergata” University of Rome and in 2009 the II level Master in Derecho Español at the Universidad de Alcalà de Henares, Madrid.

In 2003 she started collaborating with the Pessi e Associati law firm of which she became a partner in 2011.

She has gained her professional experience in the field of labor law, carrying out judicial assistance and out-of-court consultancy in all aspects related to labor, trade union and social security law in favor of leading companies.

She qualified as a lawyer in 2007 and enrolled in the Register of Lawyers in 2008.

She has carried out as an expert, collaboration, support and technical assistance activities in European executive projects related to the labor market, Axis II Employability, prepared for the implementation of regional operational programs co-financed by the European Structural Funds and in particular by the ESF.

She has good knowledge of Spanish and French.
