Graduated in law from the University of Roma Tre, with a thesis in Labor Law relating to “The European Works Councils”.

Lawyer authorized to practice since 7.12.2006, she is a Partner of the Firm.

She has carried out and continue your professional activity dealing directly with both consultancy and social security and employment litigation.

She has developed valid skills – both in judicial and extrajudicial fields – in the field of labor law (with particular reference to atypical employment contracts, duties and qualifications, transfers, job security, biological damage, disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissals), social security law (with particular reference to privatized pension funds), trade union law, civil and civil procedural law.

She has gained consolidated experience in judicial assistance through the development of strategies and defensive acts for individual disputes and for large disputes, as well as in consultancy services for any legal and management problem (such as the drafting and application of corporate collective agreements, drafting of contracts individual employment, management of the employment relationship, from the hiring phase to that of termination, development of ethical codes, company regulations, service contracts, management of corporate reorganizations or restructuring with particular attention to social security issues).

In addition to carrying out legal activities, she has participated in trade union negotiations in CIGS and mobility procedures pursuant to Law 223/91. She is the author of scientific publications on labor law.

She has good knowledge of English language.
